Description
StuckOnSalsa Entertainment looking to hire an intern with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media websites. Company is currently redesigning our website, and will soon launch a social media campaign. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience.

Photographer intern to tale photos at our Salsa Bachata dance events
This is an unpaid internship that must be done for school credit. 15-20 hours of work per week, plus some nights/events for special events.

Job responsibilities may include:
Assisting photographer on shoots including setting up and breaking down lights and grip
Scanning, adjusting and retouching photographs, documents, and slides
Composting images into Medical Records documents and attaching data
Tagging images
Archiving digital images
Occasional data entry
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Photoshop CS4 and basic understanding of photographic editing
Proficient with the Adobe creative suite, scanning and retouching images and digital SLRs
Basic understanding of studio lighting and setup
Ability to take direction well
Proficiency with Nikon DSLR cameras preferred but not required.

Looking for students wanting to gain experience in marketing/promotions! Duties include but are not limited to:
-Manage lead database entry and keep current on a daily basis.
-Build swag bags for distribution at events, bars, and clubs.
-Organize and account for promotional materials (including banners, flyers, swag, and street team supplies.)
-Research pricing and order promotional items for distribution
-Contribute to flyer and poster distribution with street team for major events and promotions
-Help with giveaways
-Assist marketing staff/Street Team with event set-up, execution, and breakdown
-Conduct event research, or other research for the sales staff
-Update facebook, myspace, and twitter accounts daily
-Update Street Team Website with events and photos daily
